Orders
Simply browse our collections, select your desired item, and proceed to checkout. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email confirmation within minutes.
If you need to make a change, please email hello@lowky.co.uk within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we may not be able to modify or cancel your order as it will already be processing.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on the item:
Designer-style items – estimated 10–21 working days
Trainers & footwear – estimated 10–15 working days
Please note: times are estimates and can vary depending on customs or supplier demand.
Yes — all orders include free worldwide shipping.
We do not offer express or paid delivery upgrades.
All LOWKY orders are shipped via Royal Mail with full tracking.
You’ll receive your tracking number within the first week after placing your order.
If you haven’t received your tracking details after the first week, please email us at hello@lowky.co.uk and we’ll investigate and resend your tracking link.
Returns & Refunds
Yes — returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
Email hello@lowky.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions and the return address.
Refunds are issued minus a 10% processing fee to cover handling and fulfilment costs.
Alternatively, you can choose to receive store credit for the full amount.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked courier and keeping proof of postage.
Products
Yes — we only sell reliable, brand-new products sourced from trusted international partners. Every item goes through strict quality checks before being shipped to you.
All of our products are brand new, never worn, and always delivered in their original packaging.
Yes — all items are shipped with their factory packaging, such as dust bags, boxes, and tags (when supplied).
Sizing & Fit
Sizes can vary slightly between brands, so we strongly recommend trying on the same model of shoe in-store before placing your order.
Please note that LOWKY does not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues, as each pair is ordered and fulfilled specifically for you.
Payments & Discounts
We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as Klarna, Apple Pay, and other secure checkout options.
