At LOWKY, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund, provided the item meets our return conditions below.

Returns Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in their original condition

  • Returned with all packaging, tags, and accessories included

  • Requested for return within 14 days of receiving your order

We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, have been used, or are missing original packaging.

Refunds & Deductions

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method, minus a 10% handling and processing fee.
This charge helps cover order processing, payment, and fulfilment costs.
Alternatively, you can choose to receive store credit for the full value of your purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear once processed.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email our team at hello@lowky.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll respond within 24–48 hours with the return address and further instructions.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive confirmation of your exchange or store credit.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
