Delivery Information
All LOWKY orders are processed with care and dispatched directly from our international warehouses and partner factories abroad.
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email confirmation, followed by a tracking number within the first week of your order.
Delivery Times
Our products are reliable, brand new and sourced from trusted global partners. Delivery times vary depending on the item type:
Designer-style items (e.g. LV Bags, Goyard Trolley Cases): Estimated delivery 10–21 working days
Trainers & footwear: Estimated delivery 10–15 working days
Please note that these are estimated timeframes, and deliveries may take longer during peak seasons or for more limited pieces.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is completely free worldwide.
We currently do not offer express or paid delivery upgrades — all orders receive the same level of premium handling and tracked service.
Order Tracking
Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail.
A tracking number will be emailed to you within the first week after placing your order, allowing you to follow your parcel’s journey once it’s in transit.
If you haven’t received your tracking details after this period, please contact us at hello@lowky.co.uk, and our team will investigate and resend your tracking information.
Delivery Delays
Some niche or limited-edition items on our website may require extra processing time due to sourcing or quality checks. We appreciate your patience — every LOWKY order is handled with care from production to delivery.
