5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail and include free worldwide delivery. Delivery typically takes between 10 and 21 working days, although this may vary depending on your location and the specific item ordered. For certain niche or high-demand items such as designer-inspired pieces, the shipping timeframe may be longer due to production or sourcing delays. Trainers and footwear generally arrive within 10 to 15 working days, although this cannot be guaranteed. You will receive a tracking number via email within the first week after placing your order. LOWKY does not currently offer express or paid expedited shipping options.
